PRESCOTT, AZ, December 1, 2010 /Books PR News/ -- Barbara Mitchell, Author, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in creative writing.
Ms. Mitchell is a retired accounting bookkeeper. At the age of 70, she became an author and published her first book, "'Skies are Black," which details her life experiences. She has since written six more books she wishes to publish, "Gray Skies of Dreams,'" "The Golden Road to Hell," "Blossom Pink Widow," "The Green Nanny at Your Service," "The Purple Scene," and "See Beyond the Red."
She is proficient in conducting research and creative writing. In 1982, Ms. Mitchell received an associate degree from Glendale Community College. She is now pursuing a bachelor's degree. Ms. Mitchell is a member of The Elks Ladies of Prescott, BPO Elks of the USA and the Lioness Woman's Club. In the future, she intends to continue writing and publishing her books.
