Keahi Felix's experience as a teacher contributes to her success as a published author

KEAAU, HI, December 30, 2010 /Books PR News/ -- Keahi Felix, Published Author, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the study of Hawaiian history.

As an observer and participant in the Hawaiian advocacy reclaiming Hawaii's place on the world stage, Ms. Felix's subject of choice is the history of the Hawaiian Kingdom from the 19th century onwards, traced through authentic records.

She pursues the framework of law that assures the Hawaiian Islands to be a State, sovereign and independent, under legal definition and, therefore, wrongfully incorporated into the United States. The title of her recently published book, 'Wahine Noa: for the life of my country' (Woman with no restrictions for the life of my country) encapsulates her dedication to the cause of ending the illegal U. S. occupation of the Hawaiian Islands by restoring Hawaiian Kingdom law and government under the auspices of International Law and Geneva Conventions.

Ms. Felix has taught elementary and high school and holds a master's degree in English from the University of Hawaii. Although retired, she continues to be proactive in her mission and is learning all she can to market her book and her message successfully. Her current project is a bi-monthly e-newsletter that will afford subscribers an opportunity for personal dialogue with information that supports the continuity of the Hawaiian Kingdom as an Independent State. Her website is www.kipukapresshawaii.com.
