Charles M. Sisson Recognized for Excellence in Creative Writing
Charles M. Sisson has an Ed.D. in Education from the University of Colorado
MCKINNEY, TX, March 1, 2010 /Books PR News/ -- Charles M. Sisson, Author and Creative Writer, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in educational management and creative writing.
Dr. Sisson has specialized in training and educational management in both the public and private sectors. After his retirement in 2007, he has published two books and more than a dozen poems. His mystery novel, Pitch Black, was published in 2008. His second achievement was a collection of poems and family writing entitled Passages from the Heart. His third novel, 'Til Death Do Us Part, another mystery novel will be published in the summer of 2010.
Dr. Sisson has held a number of teaching and management positions in both public and private sectors. He also served as an educational annalist for the Gerald Ford administration in Washington, DC. His scope of educational experience covers public high schools, corporate training, and an adjunct professorship at a local university.
Before obtaining his doctorate from the University of Colorado in 1974 he received a full year fellowships at Florida State University, in Computers Education. He was also awarded a full year fellowship at the University of Colorado in Organizational Development.
