West Palm Beach, FL March 11, 2010 /Books PR News/ --Dennis L. Johnson, President of Denny Johnson Enterprises, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in property management services.

Dennis L. Johnson's responsibilities as President of Denny Johnson Enterprises, Inc. are varied and include managing all financial operations, overseeing properties and their maintenance, enforcing operations and regulations, and coordinating concrete restoration projects for historic buildings and condominiums. He previously worked for 10 years in the commercial real estate market for S.J. Wisinski & Co. and Westdale Commercial Investment Co. in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His greatest challenge came in 2004 when Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne struck within a week apart damaging ten condominiums on Ibis Isle in Palm Beach, Florida. He was serving as property manager and project coordinator for the massive landscaping cleanup, which included roof repairs and handling/preparing insurance claims for the associations. In 2003, he was featured in an article entitled 'Property Management, His Forte' in the Palm Beach Post.

Wisinski & Company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he received another Multi-Star Million Sales Award.

Hr also published a children's book entitled ' The Tree That Went Sailing' in 2008, which is available in full color in both soft and hardcover through wvw.xlibris.com, amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, and local bookstores. The book is based on the real ¬life account of the relocation of a 45 year-old Green Buttonwood tree, which is indigenous to Florida, from Ibis Isle up the Intracoastal Waterway on a barge to a family estate in Palm Beach. The date was August 23, 2002. The printing of the book commemorates the sixth anniversary of 'The Tree That Went Sailing' to its new home. It is still standing tall and beautiful and greatly prized by the family. Dias Landscapes Corp. won two awards for their tree moving project.
