Sandra Sedgwick-Williams to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry

DECATUR, GA, April 13, 2010 /Books PR News/ -- Sandra Sedgwick-Williams, a Writer, Composer and Spoken Word Artist for The Millionaire Konnection, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in public service.
Sandra Sedgwick-Williams, poetically known as Psoemetry, has written poetry, short stories and children's books for over 30 years. She has worked in the field of Children's Ministry for over 25 years. A graduate of Victory Life Bible College in Hampton Virginia, she served in the capacity as Youth Minister for Word Tabernacle Church located in Yorktown Virginia, and currently works as a Children's Church Teacher at Word Church International in Decatur, GA.
Sandra Sedgwick-Williams is an advocate of Child protection and Homelessness. After raising her 4 sons, she became a foster parent for neglected and abused children. Because of her strong desire to protect and rescue the children from their plight, she adopted them and is currently raising them to give back to others in their situation once they become grown.
On designated Saturdays, Mrs. Sedgwick-Williams goes with some fellow Christians into the streets of Atlanta to feed the homeless. She went with her son Benjamin, who is also her producer for B$G Entertainment, to film a mini documentary set to one of her lyrical tracks that can be found on her debut CD Sweet Surrender with hopes of placing it for public view to encourage help for the homeless. Some people consider the track the National Anthem for the Homeless for it's compassion and ability to compel the listeners to want to do something.
Sandra Sedgwick-Williams is also the owner of a local business, Refreshment Centers of Atlanta where she successfully provides vending services for local churches and small businesses in the Atlanta area. She currently owns 3 machines with the 4th machine on it's way. She began her business ventures as a child in kindergarten when she began vending pecans on the streets of Chicago under her Uncle Taylor's protective supervision. She knew at the time that her destiny was to own her own business. In 1989 she began vending hot meals from the trunk of her car. Despite obstacles she never abandoned her dream of being a vendor. Today, she is the owner, along with her son Benjamin Sedgwick, of her very own successful refreshment vending company. Her goal is to have a total of 10 machines by the end of the year. Refreshment Centers Of Atlanta donates 10% of proceeds to charity.
As the Spoken Word Artist, Psoemetry, Sandra performs on many Blog Talk Radio shows as well as various places in the Atlanta area. She has two books that will be released within 2010 under Safe Haven Publishing, which are a romance novel "The Scenario" co written with a fellow author, Andrew Johnson, and a children's book, "It Wasn't Me, It Was Knarriebee" a book that teaches children forgiveness.
