Jones was inspired to write the book after years of talking with and listening to people who were stuck in a place of stagnation and complacency. She wanted to offer something practical to help people move into productivity and realize the results they desire.

About the Author: Tamara M. Jones is an author, entrepreneur, and inventor. Since 2005, she has self-published a women's motivational newsletter called, "Queens Corner", geared at helping women overcome emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges. She holds a Baccalaureate of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She is also a dedicated wife and mother.
