Best known as an Oscar nominated actress, Julianne Moore is also an accomplished writer and has just released the third book from her Freckleface Strawberry children's series, Best Friends Forever. The adventures of the book's heroine are based on Julianne's own childhood experiences as a red-haired, freckled newcomer overcoming her own self-consciousness, and gaining acceptance from those around her. The light-hearted stories touch on important themes that help children understand and accept the idea that our differences should be honored and not shunned as it's what enriches us all.
To help celebrate it's release, Yoyamart is hosting a signing this Saturday, October 22nd from 2pm where fans of all ages can meet the author and 'get their freckle on'.
