Thaddeus J. Williams Named a VIP of the Year for Excellence in Education
Thaddeus Williams recently authored and published a book entitled "Thoughts That Come from Growing Old"
BAY SAINT LOUIS, MS, October 06, 2011 /Books PR News/ -- Thaddeus J. Williams, Retired Educator, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of history education.
Mr. Williams was well-suited to a career in education because he thoroughly enjoyed teaching and interacting with others. A devoted educator, he has taught history to students in kindergarten through the college level. He cultivated his expertise in teaching, guidance counseling, and mentoring throughout his career. Now retired, Mr. Williams celebrates 25 successful years in the field of education. He also recently wrote and published a book entitled, "Thoughts That Come from Growing Old," which is available for purchase through www.amazon.com. Mr. Williams plans to write a sequel to this work in the near future.
In light of his accomplishments, Mr. Williams was named a VIP of the Year in 2011 by Cambridge Who's Who. Mr. Williams, who has also received honors for his time in the U.S. Navy, attributes his success to his parents. He also credits a professional mentor at Mississippi Valley State University, where he earned a master's degree in elementary education. He is a member of Alpha Phi Fraternity Inc., Phi Delta Kappa International, and The Grand Lodge of Mississippi, Free and Accepted Masons. Looking toward the future, Mr. Williams intends to focus on writing, tutoring, traveling, and mentoring others.
